We had a great time during our two-day stay at this place, the location was convenient with easy access to the mall and downtown restaurants, plus other attractions nearby.

This place surpassed all expectations, the room was modern and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - highly recommend it!

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone from the staff was incredibly nice. The food was well priced. It was such a wonderful 2 days, I would like to stay longer.

Our stay here was good, nice comfy base for exploring Carlsbad. Favourable location of the hotel right next to the mall.

The pool area was very clean, rooms were new-fashioned and brand-new. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Location close to the center of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Caverns National Park, restaurants, and other places.

Room was big and looked like it just got out of the package, complete with a flat screen TV 📺, a cute mini fridge, and a handy microwave. I crashed here for 48 hours and it's definitely on my radar for another stay!

We loved this place.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was spotless and tidy. The facilities were fantastic, especially the pool and spa which were perfect for our family. The location was great, close to the caverns and right next to the mall. It made it easy for us to explore this city.

Room was clean and of a good size and the beds were very comfortable.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, they offered both soft and firm pillows so you had a choice. The breakfast was also good.

The front desk clerk was not friendly at all. It appeared her children were there swimming and she seemed bothered to have to stop dealing with her kids to check us in. Furthermore there was a man there who appeared to be just hanging out waiting for her. His truck was blocking the drive through in front of the entrance, we asked them if he could move it so we could get through and that seemed to annoy the clerk as well. The parking lot is kind of small and it was hard for us to turn around as the man didn't move his truck until we had already backed up and parked and were carrying our luggage in.

The staff here were always super friendly and got things done quick. The spot was great for checking out the area! 🌟

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and other attractions. The breakfast was good and the staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were well designed and had amenities like a Keurig coffee maker and full-size toiletries.

Felt totally at home, no complaints.

The breakfast was amazing and our room was very comfortable its a little pricey but all in all a great motel with very polite staff

Brilliant place for exploring Carlsbad. Clean venue and amazing employees. Comfortable room with all necessities. Soft beds, nice pool.
